2016 finds us celebrating 100 years since Yellowstone, the first national park, was founded. National parks are an exceptionally important part of my life, and so I write this in the hope that sharing my story will persuade you, reader, to experience their natural beauty for yourselves.

My life continued this way for a good handful of years. I returned to school for eighth grade, much to my regret, and left again the following summer for the western part of the country. We visited the Grand Canyon, where a man dropped to one knee in the orange sand and proposed to his girlfriend. The late afternoon sun lit the canyons in a cacophony of fiery colors.

There are many people who believe that anime is just the Japanese version of 6 a.m. kids cartoons, and manga are simple comics. While there are plenty of series that are aimed at children, there are also a number of them either aimed at a more mature audience or written in such a way that adults find them enjoyable as well.

Anime for the Curious College Student

There are several different classes of motor homes, each with their own pros and cons. Class As are the big, bus-like RVs you see on freeways and up front and center at RV shows, available from 24-45 feet. They’re by far the most luxurious of motor homes, often coming fitted with large TVs, comfy lounge chairs, and even electric fireplaces.

I have another list of anime for anyone who’s interested in giving it a try. This list is meant to be enjoyed in the last couple of weeks leading up to Halloween, a combination of bloody horror and gentler series for those who simply want to enjoy the milder melancholy of October.

And so, here are four anime for the season of all things supernatural.

For the final installment in this series, I wanted to share a few National Parks that are relatively close to FSU — you don’t have to pack up and travel for weeks at a time in order to enjoy the beauty of nature. So, here are National Parks you can visit within a week or less.

Indie Games for the Curious College Student

Twice now I’ve listed anime series for college students, so this time I decided to provide entertainment for the gamers among us to try. There are plenty of indie games that are underappreciated and go unnoticed under the long shadows of the big budget releases we’re used to. But not all games can be AAA, so here are a few that I absolutely love.
